iPhone 3g Review

Hello I’m back from Victoria, British Columbia to provide you with a in depth review of the new iPhone 3g.

The iPhone 3g a new product from apple. It made its released on July 11th 2008. Many people across the world waited in line for apple’s flagship product. This product was highly hyped from all the the major news networks and blogs. I will give you my in depth review on the iPhone 3g.

Apple did a fantastic job on the iPhone 3g they didn’t change much from the original  iPhone the notable differences are their is a 3g chip inside the iPhone hence the name iPhone 3g what the 3g chip does is it increase the network capacity, really in less geeky terms the chip give you more data in less amount time, (so text message will be received faster, same with e-mail). Another notable change with the iPhone 3g is that it has a plastic back so you can get a better reception and is less likely to dent than the original iPhone (original was made of aluminum). An additional difference is that the back of the phone is curved the original iPhone had a flat back the curve gives it more of a grip, i still fined that the iPhone is slippery i recently purchased a silicon case for the phone. The is one more difference with the iPhone 3g the phone doesn’t have a recessed headphone jack, meaning you aren’t limited to the apple headphone’s you can use your personal favorites. There isn’t any more notable differences with this phone.

If  you already have a iPhone i don’t think it’s necessary to pick up the iPhone 3g knowing apple they will have a new iPhone in a year or so. There is two versions of the phone it comes in a 8gb version and a 16gb version the 8gb comes in black and the 16gb version comes in two different colors black and white. With the launch of the iPhone 3g apple released the app store this is available on the iPhone,iPhone 3g, iPod Touch in the app store there is many applications for Entertainment,News,Social Networking and many other categories, I am really looking forward to see what people create for iPhone app store . The phone costs $199 for the 8gb version with a 3 year contract and $299 for 16gb version with a 3 year contract. I think this is a fantastic phone and if your looking for a new phone you should check this out.
